Ade is the founder of 427. He has a passion for great content and a years of experience in account management, digital training and SEO strategy. There is very little Ade likes more than to get deep into understanding user intent and keywords, start optimising content and delivering great results to happy clients. Ade also loves to be involved in the link building process as well. When he is not stuck in a keyword tool or trying to create awesome content he can mostly be found surfing, riding mountain bikes or motorbikes and spending time with his family. Fun Fact Ade used to play is a marginally successful punk band.

Jack is our SEO Director. He oversees all the client campaign and work delivery to ensure everything we do will benefit the client in the best way. He is an experienced all-round Marketer specialising in technical SEO, proficient in all SEO techniques.

I am a self-taught person with a passion for learning more and growing my skill set. Working in SEO and digital marketing has been a great privilege so far and I strive to take that passion to every project. At 427 I use my experience in a range of digital marketing channels; organic, PPC, and outreach for a win for the project and our clients.

Anika plays a critical role in keeping the 427 ship sailing in the right direction. Whether its creating and chasing invoices, helping with HR and contracts or just being an amazing person and supporting the team when they get so caught up in working for clients they forget to do their admin!

As an SEO content writer, I have a great passion for writing. I have experience in a huge range of niches, writing styles and content types, so no subject can scare me away. I started out as an apprentice knowing absolutely nothing and I have now been in the digital marketing industry for 6 years… I couldn’t imagine it any other way! When I’m not writing, I love to keep active by going to the gym, learning to ice skate and walking my dog. I’m also a complete foodie and adore trying out new restaurants and cooking lots of food!

I have been working in SEO for my entire career straight out of university where I trained as a journalist (I wanted to be the next Jeremy Clarkson – please reserve all judgment). I have a passion for writing, content, UX, technical and on page SEO. I have steadily grown my knowledge of SEO from basic content creation all the way to more technical aspects such as writing schema, HTML and basic CSS. During my career, I have worked in several industries including tool hire, marketing agencies, health care with the NHS and luxury retail, which has helped me learn a lot about both customer and client interactions which has benefited me when overseeing the projects I am tasked with managing. Outside of the office, I am a massive Formula 1, Rugby Union and Basketball fan with my favourite teams being Mercedes AMG Petronas, Toulon and the Orlando Magic. I also enjoy talking my dog for walks and watching her zoom about at Mach 5 after her tennis ball as well as picking up moderately heavy items at the gym.

My career in marketing started back in 2015, when I did everything from email marketing to social media, and since then I’ve developed a love for, and specialised in, writing commercially. Becoming a content writer at 427 was a no brainer - doing what I love with a really lovely team! As one of 427’s content writers, it’s my job to gain an understanding of what our clients’ businesses are all about, and write page content, blogs and articles that fully reflect their values, ethos and expertise - all in a way that gets into Google’s good books! Every day is all about lots of research, all the right keywords, helpful content, and opening the online Thesaurus every now and again. When I’m not lost in Word docs, you can usually find me hiking, reading, or attempting a 10K.
